boutiq7 is an online marketplace for The Gambia. Buy and sell phones, electronics, furniture, fashion, vehicles and more — directly with people near you.
Scroll listings on the home page. Use the category chips, search bar and filters to narrow by condition, price and area.
Open a listing and message the seller on WhatsApp, or call them. Deals happen directly between buyer and seller.
Sign in, tap Sell, add a photo, price and details. Post up to 5 items a month; each listing stays live for 7 days.
Sign in with Google, then choose a username and profile photo. One account lets you post items, message sellers and manage your listings. You can update your username up to twice a month, and change your profile photo any time from your profile.
Tap Sell, add one clear photo, set a price (mark it negotiable if you're open to offers), then choose a category, condition and area and add the WhatsApp number buyers should use. Your listing goes live immediately and stays up for 7 days. From your Profile you can edit it, mark it as Sold, or delete it at any time.
boutiq7 connects people; it is not a party to any sale. Meet in a public place, inspect items before paying, and never send money in advance to someone you don't trust. Use the Report button on any listing that looks suspicious.
Buying and selling in The Gambia usually means scattered WhatsApp statuses, word of mouth, and crowded market runs — good items are hard to find, and good sellers are hard to reach. There hasn't been one simple place to see what's for sale near you.
boutiq7 brings it all together. Sellers list an item in under a minute and reach buyers across the whole country, not just their contacts. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of boutiq7 (the "Service"), an online classifieds marketplace ("boutiq7", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or post a listing. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
boutiq7 is only a venue that lets users advertise and discover goods. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, inspect, store, deliver or guarantee any item listed, and we do not verify the identity of users except where expressly stated. Any contract of sale is solely between the buyer and the seller.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping it secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or remove any account or listing at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or following a report from other users.
You are solely responsible for your listings, photos, descriptions, prices and conduct. You must not post or sell:
• anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or that you do not have the right to sell;
• weapons, firearms, ammunition or explosives;
• drugs, controlled substances, alcohol or tobacco;
• live animals, human remains or body parts;
• adult or sexually explicit content;
• recalled, hazardous or unsafe items;
• currency, financial instruments, or anything used to facilitate fraud;
• any item whose sale is restricted or prohibited under the laws of The Gambia.
You also agree not to post false, misleading, abusive, harassing or spam content, not to infringe anyone's intellectual property, and not to scrape, disrupt or misuse the Service.
Standard accounts may post up to 5 listings per month, and each listing expires after 7 days. These limits may change.
boutiq7 offers optional seller verification badges for a fee: Blue verification at 200 GMD per month and Gold verification at 500 GMD per month. Verification is a monthly subscription paid by the user via Wave mobile money to the number shown in the app. To request it, you choose a tier, make the payment, and upload a screenshot of the payment as proof.
You agree that: (a) verification is reviewed and granted at boutiq7's sole discretion, and a payment or screenshot does not guarantee approval; (b) once approved, a badge is active for exactly one month from the time of approval and then expires unless renewed; (c) all payments are non-refundable, including where a badge is later removed for breach of these Terms; (d) a badge is a trust signal only and does not mean boutiq7 endorses, guarantees or has vetted the user, their identity, or any item they list; (e) boutiq7 may suspend or remove verification at any time, without refund, including for fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms; and (f) boutiq7 will never ask for your Wave PIN, password or one-time codes — never share these with anyone. You are responsible for paying the correct amount to the correct number; boutiq7 is not liable for payments sent to the wrong number or for the wrong amount.
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant boutiq7 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
All communication, payment, delivery and returns are arranged directly between buyer and seller. boutiq7 is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of items, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete a sale. Any dispute is strictly between the users involved, and you release boutiq7 from any claim arising from such disputes.
Meet in public places, inspect items before paying, and do not send money in advance to people you do not trust. Use the Report feature for suspicious activity. You use the Service, and meet other users, at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, boutiq7 and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, or any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, any transaction with another user, or any content posted by users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless boutiq7 and its operator from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your listings, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may delete your account from your profile. When you do, your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out; if you sign in again within 48 hours the deletion is cancelled. After 48 hours the deletion becomes permanent and your username, profile, listings and other account data are removed and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account does not entitle you to any refund, including for any unused portion of a verification subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of The Gambia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

This Privacy Policy explains how boutiq7 collects and uses your information when you use the Service.
• Account information from Google sign-in: your name and email address.
• Profile information you choose: your username and profile photo.
• Listings you create: item details, photos, price, area and the WhatsApp number you provide.
• Reports you submit, and basic technical data needed to run the Service.
We use your information to operate the marketplace: to show your listings and profile to other users, to let buyers contact you, to enforce our Terms and posting limits, and to keep the Service safe. Your username, profile photo, listings and the WhatsApp number attached to a listing are visible to other users. Your email address is not shown publicly.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed and stored using Google Firebase (authentication and database) on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase. Listings are removed automatically after they expire, and you can delete your listings at any time. We keep account information for as long as your account is active.
You can edit your username and profile photo, and delete your listings, from your profile. You can also permanently delete your whole account: open your Profile and tap Delete account. Your account is then scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. If you sign in again within 48 hours, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored. After 48 hours, your account is permanently deleted \u2014 your username is released and your profile, listings and notifications are erased. Signing up again later with the same email creates a completely new, empty account.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
